Specialized Transport Services for Student with Epilepsy (2026-2034)

This is a contract opportunity to provide specialized transport services for one secondary school pupil with epilepsy attending Freemantles Secondary School in Woking. The service requires a solo personal assistant (PA) who will be trained in first aid, seizure management, and emergency protocols. The PA must be competent in recognizing seizure signs, providing appropriate support during episodes, and following emergency procedures including contacting emergency services (999) when necessary. No emergency medication administration is required. The contract period runs from 2026 to 2034. Interested transport service providers should have experience with special educational needs (SEND) transport and demonstrate capability in managing health-related requirements for vulnerable students.
