Plant Equipment and Tools Hire and Purchase Framework

This framework agreement enables participating authorities to access plant and equipment services for both hire and purchase. Services cover short-term ad hoc needs, seasonal requirements, and long-term contracts across multiple sectors including construction, building, highways, engineering, traffic management, winter maintenance, and ground maintenance. The framework includes operated equipment (with trained operators) and non-operated equipment options. Suppliers can provide front-wheel loaders, and other specified plant and equipment, delivered to locations throughout participating authorities as required.
