Emergency Department Expansion Works - Phases 4-7 at Birmingham Children's Hospital

Birmingham Children's Hospital Trust is seeking a qualified contractor to execute phases 4 through 7 of a phased Emergency Department redevelopment project located on the ground floor of Block R. Phases 4 and 5 are fully designed with complete measurements and specifications ready for construction, while phases 6 and 7 have provisional measurements pending finalized drawings. The project timeline includes up to 26 weeks for phases 4-5 construction, followed by a 2-week transition period, and then up to 24 weeks for phases 6-7 completion. This is a continuation of previously completed phases 1-3.
