Northfleet Workspace and Youth Hub - Facility Management Operator Wanted

The Northfleet Pathway Project seeks an experienced operator to manage and run a new integrated workspace and youth development facility in Gravesham. The site will feature container-based workspace units for small businesses and creative industries, plus a refurbished community building offering youth programming, creative workshops, study spaces, media production, and café facilities. As the appointed Operator, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and operations of both the workspace units and the Coach House building under a 9.5-year Concession Agreement and Lease. Your role is to create a vibrant, safe, well-managed site that serves local entrepreneurs, start-ups, and young people, delivering a community-focused environment shaped by local needs. This is a partnership project led by EDC in collaboration with Gravesham Borough Council, Creative Estuary, and Northfleet Central CIO.
