Key responsibilities include: (1) Topsoil Management - Remove and stockpile topsoil with vegetation clearance, and maintain stockpiles throughout the contract period including treatment and spraying to preserve material quality for future reuse. (2) Site Clearance - Remove and appropriately handle walls (set aside for reuse), fences, gates, kerbs, drainage systems, signposts, tree root systems, and hard-dig materials.
