Bus Journey Experience Survey Participation 2026/27

Transport Focus is inviting participation in their "Your Bus Journey" survey for 2026/27. This survey aims to gather passenger feedback and experiences on bus services to improve service quality and passenger satisfaction. Participants will have the opportunity to share their views on bus journey experiences, including service reliability, comfort, safety, and customer service. The survey results will inform Transport Focus's work to advocate for improvements in bus services across the UK. Organizations involved in bus services, passenger advocacy, or related sectors may be invited to participate or assist in survey distribution and data collection.
