Co-design Support for Brunel and Bayswater Regeneration Project

Westminster City Council (WCC) is seeking a co-design specialist to support the regeneration of the Brunel and Bayswater location, which has capacity for significant new homes and community facilities. The successful organisation will facilitate meaningful participation from residents living in and around the Brunel estate in the co-design of regeneration proposals for the former Family Contact Centre, Moulsford and Polperro House, and Bayswater Housing Service Centre. The appointed provider should employ a methodical approach to engage and upskill people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that the Brunel community's diversity is recognised and represented throughout the consultation process. Technical feasibility assessments and early stakeholder engagement have confirmed the site's potential for this important regeneration work.
