Learning and Training Services Dynamic Purchasing System

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) operates a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for learning and training services available to UK public sector bodies, the third sector, and central government. The contract runs until 27 October 2028 with a total value of £450 million. This framework was procured under the Light Touch Regime and is subject to limited regulations under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Regulations 74-76). Suppliers can provide a range of training services including off-the-shelf training courses and bespoke specialist development programs designed to meet the diverse needs of public sector organisations. This is an opportunity to join an established framework that gives you access to a broad customer base across the public sector.
