Fully Managed Accounts Payable Service

The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a managed Accounts Payable service provider to manage invoicing and payment operations for the Council and its trading company, Lampton Group. The service will commence mobilisation in February 2027, with a go-live date of 1 October 2027. Core services include processing and managing all accounts payable functions, handling customer queries, processing BACS payments, supporting system upgrades and testing, and providing exit management support. Optional services available at the Authority's discretion include urgent payment processing and Direct Debit collection. The initial contract runs for 5 years (1 October 2027 to 30 September 2032), with two optional 12-month extensions available, potentially extending to 30 September 2034. Successful bidders will be expected to deliver service improvement, cost savings, and benchmarking analysis throughout the contract period.
