DfI Road Asset Management - Structures Framework

This is an open public tender for a framework agreement to deliver road asset management services focused on structures across Northern Ireland. The framework will run for four years with a total contract value of £57 million (excluding VAT), potentially extending to £71.25 million if a replacement framework cannot be established. Work will be organized into three geographical area lots (serving different regions of Northern Ireland) with individual call-off contracts valued up to £750,000, and a project lot for larger works between £750,001 and £5 million. Services include demolition, new construction, bridge and culvert maintenance, scour protection, earthworks, structural concrete and steelwork repairs, traffic management, and associated ancillary works. Contractors must meet specific insurance requirements (£100 million public liability for railway-adjacent works) and be capable of working on live trafficked roads and in complex environments including water and railway networks.
