Prisoner Telephone System Supply for Northern Ireland Prisons

The Northern Ireland Prison Service (NIPS), an executive agency of the Department of Justice, is seeking suppliers to provide telephone equipment and/or services for a prisoner communication system across three facilities: HMP Maghaberry (1,246 prisoners), HMP Magilligan (472 prisoners), and Hydebank Wood Secure College and Women's Prison (166 prisoners), serving a total current population of approximately 1,884 inmates. The solution must be fully operational by 1 April 2027, with an initial five-year contract term from the Go Live date, plus two optional 24-month extension periods.
