Coventry Adult Lifestyle and Health Coaching Service (2027)

Coventry City Council is seeking a provider to deliver an Integrated Adult Lifestyle Service that supports residents in achieving sustainable health improvements through evidence-based behaviour change coaching. The service will employ a person-centred approach with a single dedicated health coach per participant, offering holistic support across multiple health areas including weight management and nutrition, smoking cessation and harm reduction, physical activity improvement, and alcohol consumption reduction. Support will be delivered through a blended model combining one-to-one coaching sessions, group programmes, telephone and video consultations, and self-directed digital tools (website and mobile app). The provider must have expertise in behaviour change methodologies, health coaching, and the ability to deliver pharmacotherapy support for smoking cessation. This is an established service recommissioning for 2027, and providers should demonstrate experience in delivering integrated lifestyle interventions to adults with measurable health outcomes.
