    Brief

This is a competitive tender to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of electrical services to Community Healthcare Organisation (CHI). The framework will consist of up to three electrical service providers selected through this competition. Key terms include: Works valued at €5,000 ex VAT or less will be automatically awarded to the first-ranked company. Work exceeding €5,000 ex VAT will be subject to competitive pricing among all framework members, with CHI verifying pricing regularly against open market rates to ensure value for money. CHI may require a full-time electrician deployment to one or more sites for approximately 12 months, with the first-ranked provider approached first for this resource. Successful bidders will enter into a Services Contract with CHI for the framework lifetime, though the contract carries no minimum volume guarantee. CHI reserves the right to remove any framework member at any time due to non-conformance, poor performance, or consistent unsuitability, with the option to invite a suitably qualified lower-ranking bidder as a replacement. This is a non-committal framework, meaning no guaranteed work volume applies to any member.
