The Commission is seeking a fully managed executive recruitment campaign to appoint an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This opportunity has been awarded following a competitive tender process under the Government Commercial Agency's Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services Framework (RM6290). The selected supplier will deliver end-to-end recruitment services including candidate identification, assessment, and placement. The contract runs until 28 February 2028, with the option to extend to this maximum end date. The contract value remains fixed throughout the contract period and any extension period, providing cost certainty. Suppliers should demonstrate expertise in executive-level recruitment, strong understanding of public sector requirements, and proven capability in delivering quality candidate pipelines.
