Interpretation and Translation Services for British Red Cross Mental Health Project in Northern Ireland

The British Red Cross is seeking a qualified supplier to provide interpretation and translation services for the Right Support Right Time Project, a PEACEPLUS-funded mental health and wellbeing service in Northern Ireland. The service aims to support people facing social, economic, and health inequalities including financial hardship, housing insecurity, relationship issues, illness, loneliness, disability, substance misuse, and displacement. The supplier must provide: spoken face-to-face interpretation in multiple languages and dialects; telephone interpretation services; non-spoken face-to-face interpretation; written translation services; and video remote interpreting. The successful bidder will help deliver personalized support and information to help service users address issues causing worry, anxiety, and distress.
