Leisure Facilities Management Operator - Cambridge City Council

Cambridge City Council is seeking an experienced operator to manage leisure and sports facilities across Cambridge on behalf of the Council. As the appointed agent, you will have day-to-day responsibility for managing nine key facilities including pools, gyms, sports halls, and recreation grounds. Your responsibilities will include: managing staff and operations, maintaining fixtures and fittings, coordinating lifecycle replacements for plant and equipment, delivering quality customer service, and meeting performance targets. The Council will retain responsibility for major structural repairs and fixed assets. The contract allows for expansion or changes to the facility portfolio due to local development or organizational changes. You must demonstrate experience in leisure facility management, financial acumen, and ability to maintain high service standards across diverse venues serving the Cambridge community.
