The successful contractor must establish a primary permitted delivery point and a contingency site to ensure service continuity. Key requirements include daily waste acceptance (including bank holidays, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day), valid weighbridge certification, priority handling of council waste collection vehicles, management of seasonal tonnage fluctuations, full regulatory compliance including Duty of Care obligations, and regular performance reporting.
