Supported Housing Service for Women Escaping Domestic Abuse

This opportunity is for a 12-bed accommodation-based support service providing safe housing and practical assistance for single women and women with children fleeing or at risk of domestic abuse, including honour-based violence and forced marriage. The service will help prevent homelessness by offering housing-related support tailored to individual needs, enabling residents to develop skills and confidence for independent living. Support staff will use a solution-focused approach to address underlying issues, help residents access services (such as counselling, legal advice, and employment support), and build pathways toward safe, stable housing and independence. The service should be trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and operate 24/7 with trained staff to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
