Nottingham City Council is commissioning an experienced provider to deliver an integrated public health service for children and young people aged 0 to 19 years (up to 25 for those with SEND and care leavers) living in Nottingham City. The service comprises health visiting for ages 0-5 and school nursing for ages 5-19, delivered as universal provision with targeted and specialist support for approximately 87,001 children and young people. Contract Details: The contract begins 1 April 2027 for an initial 5-year term (until 31 March 2032), with two optional extensions available at the Council's discretion (3 years + 2 years). The initial annual value is £12,585,144 (maximum bid limit). Total contract value over the full term with extensions is up to £135,271,039, with potential growth funding of up to £3,464,000 available to support social care reforms and NHS priorities. Key Requirements: Bidders must provide detailed pricing breakdowns with overhead costs not exceeding 30% of the total tender price. Bids exceeding the annual maximum or with overhead costs above 30% will be rejected as non-compliant.
