    The Salvation Army is seeking qualified and accredited training organisations to provide comprehensive minibus driver training services across the UK and Northern Ireland. The organisation operates approximately 52 minibuses supporting diverse services and locations, with drivers including officers, employees, and volunteers serving passengers with varying mobility and support needs. Required Services: • New driver theory and practical training • Biennial refresher training courses • Accessible minibus and wheelchair equipment operation training • Individual and group driver assessments • Passenger safety, safeguarding, first aid and emergency procedure training • Driver competency certification • Reassessment services where needed • Live dashboard system for tracking completed and scheduled training Provider Requirements: Successful bidders must demonstrate: national delivery capacity across multiple sites, recognised training accreditation, appropriately qualified and experienced instructors, relevant experience delivering multi-site training programmes, comprehensive insurance coverage, robust safeguarding policies, and valid Enhanced DBS checks for all instructors. Eligibility: Established training providers with proven experience in driver training and safeguarding are invited to submit expressions of interest.
