Design and Construction of New National Genomics Laboratory at Beaumont Hospital

Beaumont Hospital is seeking a qualified contractor to design, construct, install, and commission a new National Genomics Laboratory. The facility will be a fully-compliant modular building integrated into the hospital campus. The successful contractor must handle all aspects of the project including: off-site modular fabrication (directly or through subcontractors), delivery, installation, alignment, and positioning of modular units. The two-storey facility will be located in the car parking area behind the Hospital's Technical Services Department, adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate. As a design-and-build contract, the contractor assumes full responsibility for all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ICT systems, statutory compliance, and certification requirements to deliver a fully operational facility.
