Environmental Facilities West Cross Phase 2 - Residential Fencing and Outdoor Works Contract

This contract involves upgrading residential facilities at the West Cross Phase 2 development in Wales, including boundary fencing, party walls, gates, clotheslines, pathways, and hedges to meet Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) requirements. The project is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers 69 houses, and Lot 2 covers 27 houses and 10 blocks of flats. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots, but successful bidders will be awarded only one lot. During the tender period, contractors will be invited to attend scheduled site visits with the Project Management team to inspect both previously completed properties and those scheduled for upcoming work. Contractors must indicate their preferred lot during the pre-qualification stage if they are selected as successful tenderers for both lots.
