Car Park Resurfacing and Refurbishment - The Approach, Rayleigh

This contract involves comprehensive refurbishment of The Approach Car Park in Rayleigh. The scope of work includes surface preparation and planing, installation of new asphalt wearing course, bitumen sealing, and reconstruction of entrances and exits with adjusted manhole levels. Line marking works will use thermoplastic reflective materials for parking bays, directional arrows, and hatching. Additional works comprise new cycle storage installation, replacement of existing wheel stops with kerbed solutions, and cleaning, repair and repainting of barriers. All surrounding surfaces and pavements must be restored to a finished condition. The contractor must maintain site access and parking provision for users throughout the project duration.
