    Brief

Fusion21 is seeking construction and refurbishment suppliers for a 4-year framework (2027-2031) to support UK public sector organisations. The framework will operate under the Procurement Act 2023 and cover two main areas: Lot 1 - Housing Refurbishment and New Build works, and Lot 2 - Non-domestic Construction, Refurbishment and New Build works. Eligible work types include refurbishment, new builds, extensions, conversions, fit-outs, regeneration schemes, modernisation upgrades, and change of use projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings. Successful suppliers must demonstrate relevant construction experience, technical capability, and compliance with the Common Assessment Standard (CAS). Suppliers must also commit to sustainability and social value outcomes. The framework supports both national and regional coverage and welcomes SME participation, offering a compliant and flexible route for contracting authorities to procure construction services at value for money.
