Carra Mor Community Dwelling Extension and Refurbishment Project in Ennis

This project involves comprehensive improvements to a community dwelling in Ennis, Co. Clare. Work includes: (1) Construction of a new single-storey extension with accessible assisted bathroom, ensuite, equipment room, storage, and connecting corridor; (2) Internal refurbishment converting shared sanitary facilities into six individual ensuites, adding a sluice room, widening door openings, upgrading fire doors, and updating plumbing, drainage, ventilation, electrical, and fire alarm systems; (3) External works including a new bus canopy with glazed roof, reinforced concrete hardstanding, redesigned parking, new kerbing, drainage modifications, soakaway, and landscaping; (4) Complete heating system overhaul replacing the oil-fired plant with a high-efficiency condensing oil boiler, new hot water cylinder, circulating pumps, modern heating controls, and extension of heating to new areas.
