Municipal Building Refurbishment to Create 2 Apartment Units with Extension at 58 Mayorstone Drive, Limerick

This project involves the partial demolition and reconstruction of an existing municipal building located at 58 Mayorstone Drive, Limerick, to create 2 residential apartment units. Key works include: demolition of the existing rear extension roof and chimney; construction of a first floor extension above; demolition of the existing floor slab; completion of the building envelope to current Building Regulations standards with a Building Energy Rating (BER) of A2 or higher; and all associated electrical and mechanical system design and installation.
