Fit-Out and Alteration Works for Broadford Coastguard Rescue Station

This opportunity invites proposals for the design and delivery of a fully operational Coastguard Rescue Station (CRS) in Broadford. The project requires creation of fit-for-purpose accommodation and operational infrastructure for Coastguard Rescue Teams that complies with Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) standards and all relevant statutory health and safety requirements. The completed facility must support frontline emergency response capability, staff welfare, and resilient operations.
