Custom-made Orthotics Supply Contract

This is a procurement opportunity for the supply of custom-made orthotics. The current contract (LSL/MED/0020) has been extended to 31 May 2027 to ensure continuity of supply while a new compliant tender is prepared. The new contract (LSL/MED/0220), released on 26 May 2026, will run for an initial 4 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years. The initial contract covers custom-made orthotics supply only, valued at approximately £4,579,200 over four years. The future tender includes evaluation criteria for a potential 3D scanning capability, which may be incorporated at a later stage depending on bidder submissions and suitability. Leidos reserves the right to award the 3D scanning element only if compliant and suitable proposals are received. A six-month trial period is a key element of the procurement strategy.
