    Brief

The London Borough of Camden is seeking a service provider to deliver co-production and lived experience involvement support for adults drawing on care and support. The service will enable people who use adult social care to work in partnership with the Council to shape, design and improve services. This recommissioning follows the expiration of current provision (Learning Disabilities Experts by Experience and mental health co-production within the Reach Out Camden Alliance) on 31 March 2027. The new service will serve people with learning disabilities (aged 14+), autistic people, adults receiving homecare, extra care, residential and nursing services, and people with mental health needs. It will provide tailored engagement pathways for each group, embed lived experience across governance and quality assurance, and offer a mix of paid and voluntary roles using an accessible, relationship-based approach. The contract is for 60 months, commencing 1 April 2027 until 31 March 2032. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in co-production, accessibility, stakeholder engagement, and involving seldom-heard groups.
