Pool Re is establishing its first Recruitment Services Framework to provide a structured, transparent, and compliant approach to sourcing recruitment services. The framework will support the organization's current and future workforce needs while ensuring quality and value for money. The framework is divided into 9 Lots, each aligned with departmental recruitment needs. Suppliers may apply for one or multiple Lots, with a maximum of three suppliers appointed per Lot.
