Electronic Tendering System - Pre-Market Engagement Opportunity

Cottsway Housing is conducting a pre-market engagement exercise to gather supplier information about electronic tendering systems. The organization currently has an e-tendering system contract expiring in March 2027 and is planning a new 3-year contract with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years. This engagement is designed to assess market capability and inform the development of procurement strategy, specifications, and route to market. Participation is voluntary and insights gathered will be used solely to shape Cottsway's approach if they decide to proceed with formal procurement. To participate, interested suppliers must register on the In Tend platform at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cottsway/aspx/Home and express interest through the correspondence function by 12 pm on Friday 12 June. Submissions should include company name, product name, and contact details of those wishing to attend. All communication must occur through the In Tend platform. Please note: this is an information-gathering exercise only and does not constitute a formal call for competition. Cottsway reserves the right to amend requirements prior to formal procurement.
