Ordnance Survey has awarded a contract to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to deliver a flexible employee benefits platform serving approximately 1,400 employees. The platform provides a centralized digital solution enabling employees to access, select, and manage a comprehensive range of benefits including flexible and voluntary offerings. Key features include an accessible user interface, benefits selection tools, administration functionality, and ongoing management capabilities. The solution integrates with Ordnance Survey's existing Workday HR system to ensure secure employee data exchange and streamlined benefits administration. The contract encompasses platform implementation, employee onboarding, system configuration, and continuous support and account management services. The initial contract term is three years following implementation completion.
