This is an open and rolling procurement for specialist power measurement equipment that accurately measures and records power consumption from soldier-carried systems. Key Requirements: - Equipment must measure power draw from battery sources to portable connected systems - Must be compatible with Nett Warrior connectors - Must export data at Official security classification - Must include standard computer connectors (typically USB) for data transfer Scope of Supply: - Purchase of power measurement equipment - Storage and issue of power loggers to Ministry of Defence projects - Measurement and data processing of power consumption information Out of Scope: - Extended data analysis services - Equipment updates or upgrades - Adaptors for non-compatible systems - Equipment operating costs Acceptance: Suppliers must demonstrate successful power measurement recording, accurate data export, and reliable USB data transfer during delivery trials.
