    Brief

This tender seeks qualified suppliers to design and deliver a cross-border, cross-community Youth Drama Programme for 90 participants aged 16–21 years across three cohorts running from 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2028. The programme uses drama-based workshops and creative arts to build peace and understanding among young people from communities in the border region. Participants will engage in structured theatre activities exploring themes such as identity, culture, belonging, respect, and inclusion while developing practical skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, and performance. Successful suppliers should have demonstrated expertise in youth engagement, drama facilitation, cross-community work, and peace-building initiatives. The delivery model requires flexibility to accommodate three separate tranches of 30 participants each, with culturally sensitive and inclusive programming that creates meaningful relationships and fosters mutual understanding across different backgrounds and communities.
