Services include a range of activities, work, and learning opportunities tailored to individual needs. The contract is divided into 5 lots: Lot 1 (Learning Disabilities, may be autistic), Lot 2 (Neurodivergent, may be autistic), Lot 3 (Acquired Brain Injuries), Lot 4 (Learning Disabilities with complex high care and support needs), and Lot 5 (Neurodivergent with complex high care and support needs). Lots 4 and 5 specifically serve adults assessed by the Council as having complex needs and behaviours requiring intensive support. Suppliers can bid for one or more lots. Contract values are estimated and will vary based on referral volumes throughout the contract period.
