Tory Group Water Scheme - Engineering Design Services for Water Treatment Upgrade

Tory Group Water Scheme (GWS) is seeking an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) to design and oversee upgrades to their water treatment infrastructure to meet European Drinking Water Standards. The project includes designing a new disinfection system and upgrading the existing slow sand filter, along with associated pipework and ancillary works. The ESP will be responsible for all civil and hydraulic design, process engineering, environmental and ecological assessments, preparation of construction tender documents, tender administration (including publication, clarifications, and evaluation), contract award, and construction contract management. The selected provider must also serve as the Project Supervisor for Design Process (PSDP) as required by regulations. The engagement will follow standard conditions of engagement (COE1).
