Care at Home and Housing Support Services Framework - Open for New Providers

Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (RHSCP) is reopening its Flexible Framework for Care at Home and Housing Support Services to new service providers. This framework enables RHSCP to purchase personalized care and support services that help people (predominantly older adults) live independently in their own homes, available 24 hours a day, 52 weeks per year. Services are tailored to individual assessed needs and outcomes. New providers can apply at any time during the framework period as determined by RHSCP. To be eligible, all applicants must meet strict minimum criteria including: (1) demonstrated technical and professional ability with 2 examples of similar service delivery within the last 3 years; (2) Care Inspectorate registration as a Combined Support Service provider (Care at Home and Housing Support) with a minimum Quality Grade of 3 across all key questions; (3) valid SSSC registration and PVG clearance; (4) appropriate insurance, financial standing, health and safety, and cyber security arrangements. Failure to meet any minimum requirement will result in automatic exclusion from evaluation and appointment. Providers who do not currently meet requirements may reapply in future framework reopenings once criteria are satisfied.
