PULSE Blood Establishment Computer System - Development, Support and Maintenance Services

This procurement seeks qualified vendors to provide development, support and maintenance services for PULSE, the Blood Establishment Computer System (BECS), which is a business-critical system operated by the Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service (NIBTS). The contract will ensure continuity of essential NIBTS operations during the transition period while a replacement system is being implemented under new contractual arrangements. Suppliers should be prepared to support the existing PULSE system with ongoing maintenance, technical assistance, and development enhancements as required until the organization completes its cutover to the new replacement system.
