Legal Services Framework for Tees Valley Combined Authority - Multi-Disciplinary Legal Support (4-Year Programme)

Tees Valley Combined Authority is seeking to establish an Open Framework to provide specialist legal services across multiple disciplines over a 4-year period. The framework is divided into four specialist Lots: (1) Corporate, Contracts and Commercial Law; (2) Property, Planning and Construction; (3) Utilities; and (4) Regulatory, Employment and Litigation. Providers may apply for one or more Lots and should demonstrate relevant experience in their chosen disciplines and within specific sectors. Some commissions may span multiple Lots. The framework operates in three phases: Framework One (24 months), Framework Two (12 months with optional 12-month extension), and Framework Three (12 months, contingent on Framework Two extension). The total estimated value across all Lots over 4 years is £7-10 million, subject to funding availability and organizational needs.
