Quantity Surveying Services for Cladding Remediation Projects

This opportunity seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management and quantity surveying services for cladding remediation projects at two locations: Westminster & Wingfield and Hawthorn Crescent. The successful contractor will manage project costs, prepare valuations, and monitor budgets throughout the remediation works. Additionally, the contractor will serve as Grant Certifying Officer to certify the client's application for funding under the Cladding Safety Scheme, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and supporting the funding approval process.
