Digital Assessment and Support Programme for Winchester District Businesses

Winchester Council is seeking a local delivery partner to provide ten micro or small businesses in Winchester district with a comprehensive digital support programme. The programme comprises six key stages: (1) in-person digital assessment evaluating current capability across operational and commercial areas; (2) tailored action plan with prioritised recommendations and signposting to support and funding within two weeks; (3) up to four hours of one-to-one digital support per business to implement priority actions; (4) progress review meeting to address barriers and refine next steps; (5) final review meeting to capture outcomes and formally close support with signposting to further resources if needed; and (6) comprehensive final report to the council including business details, assessment summaries, action plans, and three detailed case studies for publicity and learning. The delivery partner must be based locally in Winchester district as the majority of work must be completed in person. All quotes must be submitted to the same email address by 9am Monday 8 June 2026, and must address all requirements in the specification document.
