    Brief

The University of Sunderland is seeking a modern, configurable, and automated admissions platform to streamline its end-to-end admissions lifecycle for both home and international applicants. The University currently operates legacy systems with manual processes and fragmented workflows that struggle to handle increasing application volumes and meet regulatory and governance requirements. Key objectives include improving operational efficiency, enhancing transparency in decision-making, ensuring high-quality admissions decisions, and maintaining accountability and compliance throughout the process. The procurement will follow a two-stage process: vendors will first submit responses to a Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ), with up to six suppliers selected to advance to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage, where detailed requirements will be provided. The University reserves the right to invite more than six suppliers to ITT if evaluation scores are sufficiently close.
