Personal Radiation Monitoring and Dosimetry Services

This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive personal dosimetry and environmental radiation dose monitoring services. The contractor must deliver a complete radiation protection solution including: (1) Personal dosimetry services for classified and non-classified radiation workers, utilizing whole-body dosimeters, extremity dosimeters, eye lens dosimeters, and task-specific devices; (2) Dosimeter management including provision, tracking, regular exchange cycles (monthly/quarterly), and replacement of damaged or lost units; (3) Accredited laboratory processing with dose measurement, analysis, and investigation of abnormal readings; (4) Individual dose reports, cumulative dose records, and employer summary reports delivered within agreed timeframes, with immediate notification of exceedances; (5) Secure electronic access to dose data and lifetime dose record storage with transferability upon contract termination; (6) Environmental radiation monitoring services including calibrated indoor/outdoor dosimeters, routine measurements at designated locations, and periodic reporting with trend analysis; (7) Immediate notification when predefined action or investigation levels are exceeded; (8) Appropriate accreditation, documented quality management systems, and equipment calibration traceable to national/international standards; (9) Defined service levels with turnaround times, named contacts, and helpdesk support; (10) Compliance with all applicable radiation protection legislation and data protection requirements; and (11) User guidance, support for radiation protection audits, and technical advice. The contractor must hold relevant radiation protection accreditations and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
