    Brief

Meath County Council is seeking an integrated architectural and design consultancy team to support the planning, design, and delivery of a two-storey office extension to Buvinda House in Navan. The successful consultant will serve in two key capacities: (1) Lead Designer and Design Coordinator, acting as Project Supervisor for the Design Process through the early planning stages until the Design and Build contractor is appointed; and (2) Client Technical Advisor and Multi-Disciplinary Design Reviewer from detailed design onwards, providing independent design review, statutory compliance guidance, and technical oversight through construction and handover. This role requires expertise in architectural design, project coordination, planning support, and early contractor engagement to ensure the project meets all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
