Site Monitoring and Inspection Services for Bromley Archive and Museum Store

This role involves providing independent on-site monitoring and quality assurance services for the Bromley Archive and Museum Store project. The appointed Clerk of Works will be responsible for preparing comprehensive weekly reports that assess contractor performance, quality compliance, and project progress. Key responsibilities include: tracking and documenting work progress with percentage completion metrics; capturing systematic photographic records of the site; evaluating labour performance and resource allocation; and identifying and reporting health and safety concerns such as non-compliance with PPE requirements, unsafe working practices, and general site safety standards. This position requires regular site visits and detailed documentation to ensure the contractor meets specification requirements and maintains professional standards throughout the project duration.
