Corporate Workwear Supply and Delivery Service

Translink seeks a managed service provider to supply and deliver corporate workwear and structured garments to approximately 3,800 staff members across the region. The contractor will manage direct delivery to individual employees, eliminating current operational challenges including difficulty collecting orders from shift workers, limited onsite storage, and excessive administrative burden on the HR Department. The successful supplier will handle the complete workwear lifecycle including order fulfillment, delivery logistics, returns processing, exchanges, and inventory tracking with minimal involvement required from Translink's internal teams. This represents a transition from an internally-managed process to a streamlined, contractor-led delivery model.
