Enhanced Care Support Services for Children with Complex Disabilities

Hampshire County Council Children's Services is seeking providers to deliver enhanced care support services for children and young people with complex and profound disabilities. This opportunity is for a call-off framework agreement to supply specialist care services to children who have severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, challenging behaviours, or complex physical or mental health needs. Services must be tailored to each child's individual Care Plan, developed following social care assessment and approval by the Council's County Allocation Panel. This is a Tier 4 specialist service designed for children with particularly complex needs who require enhanced support or workers with additional specialist training. Services may include behavioural management, specific care interventions, or personalised support delivery. The framework aims to develop an innovative market offering more personalised service models than traditional domiciliary care, improving staff job satisfaction and enhancing outcomes for service users. Individual service contracts will be awarded through call-off orders; no value is committed at the framework stage.
