Software and Hardware Products with Support Services Framework Agreement

GA Trains Limited (GATL) is seeking a framework agreement with Nexus Alpha Limited for the supply of software products, hardware products, and integrated services to support an essential operational system. This system is critical for real-time customer information management, operational messaging, and disruption management across GATL operations. The framework covers a comprehensive range of offerings including: Software Solutions: Tyrell IO, Helios display software, Chiron software, TyrellCheck, JourneyCheck, SMS Gateway, and Arrakis Hardware Products: Helios Lite displays, MAIA information columns, Chronos Low Power Signs, ARIADNE Interactive Tactile Maps, and Hermes Lite Computers Services: Maintenance, technical support, and managed services An initial order has been placed to establish the framework. GATL retains the flexibility to purchase additional software, hardware, and services throughout the framework term by issuing purchase orders in accordance with the agreed framework terms. This arrangement ensures GATL can scale its operational technology investment based on evolving business needs while maintaining a consistent vendor relationship.
