SEND Specialised Transport Services - South Batch 70 Call-Off Contract

This is a call-off opportunity from the PLACE059 Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for SEND specialised transport routes. The contract comprises 2 service area lots within the region. Providers may bid for one or multiple service areas. All pricing must be based on mileage rates submitted in Appendix B Price Schedule, which includes details of expected mileage and contract length. The contract period runs from May 2026 with an optional 12-month extension. Bids must close by 11th May 2026 at 09:00. CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS: Bidders must complete the Cost Per Mile and Variable Mileage Rates in the bid form (Appendix B Price Schedule). All proposed drivers and passenger assistants must have DBS certificates with numbers and issue dates provided, plus scanned copies of enhanced DBS certificates submitted with the bid. Failure to provide this information may result in bid rejection. Please refer to revised section 37 in the terms and conditions.
