Request for Tender: Structural Firefighting Personal Protective Equipment for Emergency Response Team

SmartPly Europe DAC seeks certified structural firefighting Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for its in-house Emergency Response Team. The procurement includes approximately 20 complete sets of PPE and 30 pairs of firefighting boots to be delivered in staggered quantities through the end of 2026. All equipment must meet strict European certification standards including EN 469:2020 (Level 2 structural firefighting pants and tunic), EN 659:2003+A1:2008 (gloves), EN 443 with EN 14458 visor compliance (helmet - Rosenbauer or MSA Gallet F1XF models only), EN 15090:2012 Type 2 (boots), and EN 13911:2017 (flash hoods). The PPE must be suitable for an industrial environment with exposure risks including wood dust, process fires, hot work, confined spaces, ATEX-related areas, thermal oil, and general industrial fire response. Suppliers must provide product samples for quality assessment by SmartPly's Safety Department, complete specification documents, CE marking evidence, EU declarations of conformity, product certifications, notified body details, and manufacturer instructions for each proposed product. Quoted pricing must remain valid for the entire seven-month procurement period from award date through December 2026, with delivery to SmartPly Europe DAC in Waterford, Ireland.
